It was the last house we saw that day, and I had called my realtor late in the day to add it on to the itinerary. It is a 140 yr-old end-unit row home in West Chester borough. And it definitely stood out on the block. When we went inside, I was immediately struck by the beautiful wooden floors and the tasteful job they did in exposing the shared brick wall and the addition of chair rails all around the room. The kitchen was amazing, with all new high-end appliances and well-crafted cupboards and countertops. The bathroom was the same way, with all new fixtures and tile floor. Everything looked and felt like these guys took an enormous amount of TLC when rehabbing this place. And they were more than accommodating when it came to asking for, or opting out of additional features. They were there the next day working on it, getting it ready for the impending closing. You are by far the most detail oriented, high quality, and ingenious group of builders I have ever had the pleasure of buying a house from. I was amazed by the incredible use of the interior space. By removing unnecessary walls, you created a guest/family friendly open floor plan. Your wonderful flare for modern design was apparent when you took the original glass doors from the 1950's kitchen and built an awesome bookshelf/cabinet above and around the fireplace, hung chair rail molding and raised panel molding in the dining room and powder room, installed hidden halogen lighting, and built a wonderful breakfast bar! All the appliances and fixtures are brand name and top notch, no cheap shortcuts here... (they even left me touch up paint and extra light bulbs)!
