Building Assets was founded in part by a Temple University Alumni who quickly experienced a lack of quality housing options within walking distance to campus during his college days.  Our goal is always to provide a higher standard of living to our residents by using sustainable resources and higher efficiency in the construction process along with providing the amenities one would expect in a modern urban environment.  We also strive to be a good neighbor to the communities we serve by providing a catalyst for revitalization and resources for growth.  By doing these things we believe we will have a healthy impact to our residents, the environment, and the communities we believe in.
